CUSTOM WOODWORKER / BUILDER TRAINING PROGRAM (Full-Time)

DRAFTER (Full-Time)

The Horizon Group Inc is looking for a full-time in-person CAD Draftsman and CNC Programmer to add to our team.

Duties:

Develop accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project specifications, sketches, and client requirements.
Collaborate with estimators and project managers to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into comprehensive technical drawings.
Review and revise drawings to incorporate changes during the design process.
Create programs for various CNC machines, using specialized software.

Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software.
Knowledge of drafting techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with coworkers and interpreting technical requirements.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour. Full-time is 40-44 hours per week. We are an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and offer a 401(k) plan, partially company-paid health insurance, and a full suite of optional benefits paid by the employee.
